A Family-Rooted Dance Experience

Dreamweaver Dance Company was founded by Leah Mossman, known to her dancers as Ms. Leah, with a heart for bringing joyful, meaningful dance experiences directly into schools and communities.

With over two decades of teaching experience, Leah has built Dreamweaver around more than just dance steps. Her vision has always been to create a place where children feel seen, celebrated, encouraged, and capable of shining. Through school-based classes, special performance opportunities, and magical recital experiences, Dreamweaver gives dancers a chance to grow in confidence, creativity, discipline, and joy.

Dreamweaver is also deeply family-rooted. Leah’s own family has grown alongside the company, sharing in recital days, cheering on dancers, helping behind the scenes, and becoming part of the heart behind the work. That same spirit is woven into every class: a warm, welcoming environment where dancers and families feel connected, supported, and part of something special.

While our teachers bring their own gifts and love for dance into the classroom, every Dreamweaver class is guided by the heart, standards, and creative vision that Leah has poured into the company from the beginning. Our goal is for every child to experience the same sense of magic, care, and belonging, no matter where they dance with us.

At Dreamweaver, we are not just building dancers. We are building confidence, memories, friendships, and a dance family children can carry with them long after the music ends.
