The Dreamweaver Elite Team is a special extension of our mobile dance program, created for dancers who are ready to grow, perform, and take their love of dance to the next level. Dancers are invited into this program after showing dedication, enthusiasm, commitment, and a heart for the art of dance.
Elite Team gives dancers a place to train with more focus, learn more advanced choreography, and represent Dreamweaver throughout the community. Along the way, they grow in confidence, teamwork, responsibility, and leadership while building the kind of friendships and memories that become part of a lasting dance family.
Our Elite dancers also have opportunities to serve behind the scenes at recital and special events, support younger dancers, and grow into role models within the DDC community. As they continue through the program, these experiences can help build meaningful leadership, job, volunteer, and college references.
With Mountain View Community Center as our Elite Team home base, dancers have a welcoming space to rehearse, connect, prepare, and dream bigger together. Rooted in love, excellence, sisterhood, and community, the Elite Team gives our most dedicated Dreamweavers a place to shine, serve, and belong.

Elite dancers train weekly on Monday evenings in a focused, well-rounded class experience designed to strengthen technique, performance quality, confidence, and versatility. Minis and Juniors meet from 5:30–7:30pm, while Seniors and Platinum level dancers continue until 8:30pm for additional advanced training.
Dancers receive instruction in tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop, with Seniors and upper-level dancers also studying contemporary and pre-pointe or pointe. Each Monday gives our dancers the chance to train hard, dream bigger, and grow together as part of the Elite Team experience.
Elite Team dancers of all levels participate in four master classes throughout the season, giving them extra time to grow, connect, and be challenged beyond weekly training. These intensive Saturday sessions allow dancers to dive deeper into technique, explore new styles, and learn from guest teachers who bring fresh energy into the room.
Master class days may also include staging, choreography, and focused preparation for upcoming performances. With hard work, team bonding, and plenty of DDC fun woven in, these Saturdays become an exciting part of the Elite Team experience.
Our Dance Convention Experience gives Elite dancers the chance to step into a high-energy training environment beyond their regular DDC classes. This exciting event is required for Juniors and up, with Minis invited to participate as an optional opportunity when appropriate.
Dancers take classes from some of the big names in the dance industry, explore fresh styles, and experience the inspiration that comes from learning in a room full of passionate performers. It is a fun, memorable, confidence-building part of the Elite Team season.
Our Holiday Parade Performance is one of the most joyful and high-energy moments of the Elite Team season! Dancers get to take DDC magic beyond the stage and into the community as they perform, sparkle, and celebrate the holiday season together.
This event is always full of excitement, team spirit, and unforgettable memories. From festive costumes to cheering crowds, the parade gives our Elite dancers a chance to shine in a completely different way while representing Dreamweaver with joy, confidence, and plenty of holiday magic.
Our Holiday Outreach Performance is one of the sweetest traditions of the Elite Team season. Dancers have the opportunity to share the joy of the holidays with local seniors through a heartfelt performance filled with music, movement, smiles, and connection.
This special event reminds our dancers that performing is about more than the stage. It is about using their gifts to bring light to others, honor different generations, and create meaningful memories that feel warm, nostalgic, and full of heart.
Elite dancers take the stage for two major theater performances at KSU each season, giving them the unforgettable experience of performing under the lights in a true theater setting. Our May production is DDC’s big thematic show, filled with storytelling, creativity, and the full magic of recital season.
Then comes our December show, the wild card of the year! From classics like The Nutcracker to bold productions inspired by Cats, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and beyond, this performance gives Elite dancers the chance to stretch their artistry, embrace new characters, and be part of something truly memorable.
